Child Safety Standards
Updated: August 23, 2026
These standards apply across Viamour’s profiles, messages, media, groups, events, experiences, reports, and other user-submitted content.
Adults only
Viamour is for adults age 18 and older. People under 18 may not create or use an account. Accounts that appear to belong to a minor may be restricted or removed while we investigate.
Zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation
Viamour has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, sextortion, sexual solicitation of minors, trafficking, or any attempt to facilitate these harms. Users may not create, upload, request, share, link to, store, promote, normalize, or distribute content that sexually exploits or endangers a child. They may not use Viamour to contact, groom, threaten, coerce, recruit, or arrange an encounter with a minor for sexual purposes.
How to report a concern
Use the in-app report tool to identify the account or content and provide relevant details. You may attach a screenshot or photo as private evidence. You can also email safety@viamour.app. If a child may be in immediate danger, contact local emergency services. Do not download, save, forward, or redistribute suspected CSAM in order to report it.
Our response
Viamour may restrict access, preserve limited information needed for a safety review, remove content, disable accounts, prevent repeat access, and cooperate with lawful investigations. When we become aware of apparent child sexual exploitation or CSAM, we make reports to the NCMEC CyberTipline, operated by the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children, or other appropriate authorities when required by law.
Safety contact
