Delete Your Account

Open Viamour and go to Profile → Settings → Delete account, then confirm the warning. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. If you need a copy of your information, request it before deleting your account.

Email support@viamour.app from the address associated with your account and ask us to delete it. We may request information reasonably needed to verify your identity and protect the account. Do not email government identification, payment-card numbers, or other unnecessary sensitive information.

In-app deletion immediately removes your account, profile, and uploaded files from ordinary use. Related records are deleted or de-identified according to their database relationships, subject to the exceptions below. Provider cleanup, isolated backups, and an emailed request may take additional time. For a verified email request, we aim to complete deletion within 30 days or the shorter period required by law.

We may retain limited transaction, legal-acceptance, safety, fraud, moderation, dispute, and legal-claim records where necessary and lawful. Retained information is restricted to those purposes and kept only as long as needed. Content already delivered to other members, such as messages, may remain in their conversation with your identity deleted or limited. Backups expire on their normal cycle.

Deleting your Viamour account does not cancel an Apple App Store or Google Play subscription. Cancel auto-renewal in the applicable store settings before or after deleting the account. Store billing and refunds remain governed by the store’s rules.
