Support

Updated: September 5, 2026

Viamour is built and supported by a small team. Email support@viamour.app and a person will read it. This page explains the fastest route for each kind of question, what to include, and where to go when something is urgent.

1

Contact us

General help, account access, billing questions, bug reports, privacy requests, and feedback: support@viamour.app Trust and safety, harassment, and child-safety concerns: safety@viamour.app Venues, hosts, and partner portal questions: partners@viamour.app We aim to reply within three business days. Email about account access or safety is prioritized. Please write from the email address on your Viamour account when your question is about that account — it helps us verify you and answer faster.

2

What to include

A short description of what happened and what you expected, the screen or feature involved, the approximate date and time, your device and operating system version, and a screenshot if you have one. Do not email passwords, government identification, or full payment-card numbers. We will never ask for your password, and we do not need identity documents to answer an ordinary support question.

3

Get help inside the app

Help center — Profile → Settings → Support → Help center. Answers to common questions about Discover, Meetups, Groups, verification, notifications, privacy, and safety settings. Send feedback — Profile → Settings → Support → Send feedback. Sends a message straight to our team without leaving the app. Block or report a member — open their profile and use the report or three-dot menu, or report from inside a conversation. Blocked members cannot see your profile, message you, or find you in Discover.

4

Urgent safety situations

If you or someone else is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services first. Our inboxes are not monitored continuously and are not an emergency channel. For harassment, threats, impersonation, or a member who broke our rules, use the in-app report tool so the report arrives with the relevant account and content attached, then email safety@viamour.app if you need to add anything. Child-safety concerns are covered in our Child Safety Standards.

5

Account access, data, and deletion

If you cannot sign in, email support@viamour.app from the address on your account and tell us what happens when you try. You can delete your account in the app at Profile → Settings → Delete account. If you cannot reach that screen, we accept a verified deletion request by email. Our Delete Your Account page explains what is removed, what may be retained, and how long it takes. Privacy questions and data requests go to the same address; see our Privacy Policy for the full detail.

6

Purchases, subscriptions, and refunds

Viamour subscriptions bought inside the app are billed by the Apple App Store or Google Play. Manage or cancel auto-renewal in your store account settings — deleting your Viamour account does not cancel a store subscription. Refunds for store purchases are handled by Apple or Google under their own rules. For an experience booking paid by card, or a charge you do not recognize, email support@viamour.app with the date and amount and we will look it up. Do not include your full card number.

7

Hosting, venues, and press

To host an experience or list your venue, apply at viamour.app/partner/apply. Questions about an existing partner account, agreement, or listing go to partners@viamour.app. Press and other business enquiries can go to support@viamour.app and we will route them.

Legal notices

Copyright complaints and counter-notices: see our Copyright Policy. Requests to remove a non-consensual intimate image: see Intimate Image Removal, which explains what to send and our response timeline. Both are received at support@viamour.app; using the subject line named on those pages helps us route the request immediately.

Email us

If you or someone else is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services. Our inboxes are not monitored continuously.
