Curator Terms

To host paid or unpaid Experiences on Viamour, you must apply and be approved as an Experience Curator. Approval is at Viamour's sole discretion and may require identity verification, community safety screening, and review of the information you provide. You must: • Be at least 18 years old and eligible to use Viamour • Provide accurate, truthful application information • Have the legal right to offer the Experiences you list Viamour may grant, decline, suspend, or revoke Curator status at any time.

Applying to become a Curator requires payment of a review fee (currently $79.99 USD). This fee: • Covers manual review, identity verification, community safety screening, and Curator onboarding • Is non-refundable, including where your application is not approved • Is due periodically to maintain Curator status (currently every two years) Fees may change. The amount shown at the time of payment applies to that payment.

As a Curator, you agree to: • Provide accurate titles, descriptions, locations, times, capacity, and pricing for each Experience • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations • Obtain any licenses, permits, insurance, or permissions required to run your Experience • Conduct Experiences safely and professionally • Treat participants respectfully and follow the Community Guidelines • Honor confirmed bookings and communicate clearly with attendees You are solely responsible for the planning, safety, quality, legality, and outcome of your Experiences. Viamour is a platform that facilitates introductions and bookings; it is not the organizer of your Experiences and is not a party to the agreement between you and your attendees.

You set the price of your Experiences within the options Viamour makes available. Prices are shown and charged in U.S. dollars; attendees are charged the price shown at booking. Payments and payouts are processed by our third-party payment processor (Stripe), including through Stripe Connect. To receive payouts, you must create and maintain a connected payment account and accept the processor's terms. You are responsible for providing accurate payout and tax information. Viamour deducts a 15% platform fee and the actual Stripe payment-processing fee from amounts collected before remitting your payout. Viamour does not deduct Stripe Connect payout or cross-border transfer fees from your calculated share. A connected bank may separately impose fees outside Viamour's control. Payout timing depends on the processor and may be subject to holds, reversals, disputes, or verification.

You must clearly communicate the cancellation and refund terms for each Experience at the time of booking. • If you cancel an Experience, affected attendees will be refunded the ticket price in accordance with the applicable terms, and related payouts and fees may be adjusted or reversed. • If you repeatedly cancel, fail to deliver Experiences as described, or generate excessive refunds, disputes, or complaints, Viamour may withhold payouts and suspend or revoke your Curator status. The Curator review fee is non-refundable regardless of Experience cancellations.

You are responsible for determining, collecting (where required), reporting, and remitting all taxes associated with your Experiences and earnings. Viamour does not provide tax advice, and any tax information Viamour or its payment processor makes available is provided for convenience only.

You may not use Curator status to: • Solicit money outside the platform's payment flow for platform Experiences in order to avoid fees • Promote unrelated businesses, MLM schemes, or spam • Engage in discrimination, harassment, or any conduct prohibited by the Community Guidelines • Misrepresent yourself, your qualifications, or your Experiences You must promptly address safety concerns and cooperate with Viamour on any investigation.

Viamour may suspend or revoke your Curator status, remove your Experiences, and withhold or reverse payouts at any time if you violate these Curator Terms, the Terms of Service, or the Community Guidelines, or where necessary for safety, legal, or fraud-prevention reasons. Provisions relating to fees already paid, payouts, taxes, indemnification, and liability survive termination.

Curators act as independent hosts and not as employees, agents, or partners of Viamour. Viamour is not responsible for the conduct, quality, legality, safety, or outcome of any Experience. The disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification provisions in the Terms of Service apply to your activity as a Curator, and you additionally agree to indemnify Viamour against claims arising from your Experiences.
