Curator Terms

You must be at least 18, eligible to use Viamour, legally able to provide every Experience you list, and truthful in your application. We may require identity verification, safety screening, references, credentials, or other information. Approval is discretionary, applies only to marketplace access, and may be limited, suspended, or revoked. Approval is not an endorsement and does not make Viamour the operator of an Experience.

The Curator application requires the fee disclosed before payment (currently US $79.99), normally due again every two years to maintain status. The fee covers application processing, manual review, identity verification, community-safety screening, and onboarding; it does not buy approval or a minimum review time. Except where law requires otherwise, it is earned when the review process begins and is non-refundable even if you withdraw, fail to complete requested steps, or are not approved. A valid code may discount or waive the fee under its displayed terms. The checkout amount controls if pricing changes.

For every Experience, you—not Viamour—are the seller, provider, organizer, and contracting party with each attendee. You independently control the content, price, schedule, location, capacity, staffing, equipment, and delivery. Except for the limited booking and payment role expressly described below, you are not Viamour's employee, agent, franchisee, partner, fiduciary, or joint venturer and may not suggest otherwise. You receive no authority to bind Viamour.

You must keep every title, description, image, price, date, duration, capacity, meeting point, accessibility statement, qualification, risk, inclusion, exclusion, and cancellation term accurate and complete. Disclose information a reasonable attendee would consider material before booking. Do not use hidden fees, bait-and-switch practices, fake urgency, manipulated reviews, or misleading claims. Honor confirmed bookings and advertised commitments, communicate material changes promptly, and provide receipts or legally required notices. Your attendee contract includes the listing and checkout disclosures.

You are responsible for assessing and managing the risks of each Experience. Comply with all health, safety, accessibility, consumer, licensing, zoning, venue, food, alcohol, transportation, guide, employment, privacy, and other laws that apply. Obtain and maintain all permits, consents, waivers, qualified personnel, inspections, and insurance appropriate to the activity and required by law or contract. Use safe equipment and venues, provide accurate risk and emergency information, and do not offer an activity you are unqualified or uninsured to provide. You are responsible for employees, contractors, co-hosts, venues, and vendors you use. Viamour may request proof of compliance or insurance, but review or failure to request proof does not transfer responsibility to Viamour.

You set the ticket price in U.S. dollars. You must create and maintain your own eligible connected Stripe account, accept Stripe's terms, and provide accurate identity, bank, business, and tax information. Experience charges are processed for your connected merchant account. You authorize Viamour, as your limited booking and payment-collection agent, to arrange checkout, collect the disclosed Viamour platform fee, send transaction communications, and initiate refunds, reversals, or recovery authorized by these Terms. This limited authority does not make Viamour the seller or provider. Viamour currently collects a 15% platform fee from each sale (implemented by Stripe as an application fee). Stripe separately deducts its processing and other fees. Your net amount is the collected ticket price minus Viamour's fee, Stripe and financial-institution fees, taxes collected or withheld, refunds, disputes, chargebacks, reversals, reserves, and amounts you owe. Stripe controls payout timing and may impose verification, holds, reserves, or negative-balance recovery. We do not guarantee payout timing or availability.

The cancellation terms shown at checkout apply to your sale. You may not change them retroactively. If you cancel, materially fail to provide, materially misdescribe, oversell, or cannot lawfully or safely deliver an Experience, you authorize a full refund to affected attendees and return of Viamour's related fee. Viamour may also facilitate a refund after a good-faith review of a nonperformance, material-description, safety, fraud, or legal complaint. You are financially responsible for refunds, chargebacks, payment disputes, penalties, and recovery costs arising from your Experience, content, conduct, or breach. You authorize Stripe and Viamour to debit or offset available balances and future amounts where permitted. You must promptly provide requested evidence and must not retaliate against a reporting attendee. Excessive cancellations, complaints, refunds, or disputes may result in listing removal, payout restrictions allowed by the payment processor, or loss of Curator access. The separate review fee remains non-refundable except where law requires otherwise.

As seller and provider, you are responsible for determining the taxability and sourcing of each sale and for registering, collecting, reporting, and remitting sales, amusement, transaction-privilege, value-added, income, and similar taxes where required. Viamour or Stripe may collect, report, withhold, or remit amounts when law requires, but that does not otherwise shift your obligations. Maintain accurate booking, tax, license, insurance, incident, and refund records for the legally required period and provide legally required tax information promptly. Viamour does not provide tax advice.

Use attendee information received through Viamour only to provide, support, or legally document the booked Experience, address safety, and comply with law. Protect it using reasonable safeguards. Do not sell it, add an attendee to marketing, conduct unrelated profiling, or disclose it to another party without a lawful basis and any required notice or consent. Delete it when no longer needed, subject to legitimate legal and accounting retention. You are independently responsible for privacy laws that apply to information you collect directly.

You grant the User Content license in the Terms of Service and specifically authorize Viamour to reproduce, format, display, distribute, and promote your public Experience listing, business name, approved marks, photos, and descriptions through Viamour channels for as long as the listing or related promotion is active and afterward for historical transaction, legal, and archival needs. You represent that you have releases and rights for every person, location, mark, and work shown. Do not use Viamour branding or imply sponsorship beyond written brand guidance.

Follow the Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. Do not move a Viamour-originated booking off-platform to avoid fees or safeguards; solicit unrelated payments; discriminate; harass; offer prohibited goods or services; manipulate capacity, reviews, referrals, or pricing; create duplicate listings; misrepresent qualifications; or interfere with an investigation. Promptly report serious incidents, regulatory inquiries, loss of a required license or insurance, and circumstances that make an Experience unsafe or unlawful.

Viamour may decline or remove listings, limit marketplace tools, suspend applications or Curator access, or revoke status when reasonably necessary for safety, fraud prevention, legal or payment compliance, material complaints, nonpayment, or breach. We may cancel future listings when access ends. You remain responsible for existing attendees, required communications, refunds, disputes, taxes, records, indemnity, and amounts owed. If appropriate, we may hold or offset amounts only as permitted by Stripe arrangements, law, and these Terms.

Viamour does not guarantee application approval, listing approval, ranking, promotion, views, bookings, attendance, revenue, payment recovery, or attendee conduct. The disclaimers and liability limits in the Terms of Service apply to Curator activity. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Viamour is not liable for your Experience, personnel, venue, equipment, attendees, seller obligations, taxes, permits, or insurance. Nothing limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

In addition to the indemnity in the Terms of Service, to the maximum extent permitted by law you will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Viamour and its affiliates, officers, employees, and contractors from third-party claims, taxes, fines, penalties, injuries, deaths, property damage, refunds, chargebacks, losses, liabilities, costs, and reasonable attorneys' fees arising from your application, listing, Experience, personnel, attendee information, tax or regulatory obligations, content, or breach of these Curator Terms, except to the extent caused by the protected party's own negligence or misconduct. The defense-control and settlement provisions in the Terms of Service apply.

A code may discount or waive an application fee but does not guarantee approval, reserve a discount before in-app redemption, or have cash value. Codes may expire, have redemption limits, be non-transferable, and be single-use per person, including across renewals. Codes cannot be combined unless stated. A reversed, refunded, or charged-back application does not restore a code. We may modify or discontinue a code prospectively. We may update these Curator Terms using the change process in the Terms of Service. Continued Curator activity after an effective update constitutes acceptance where law permits; we will request affirmative acceptance where required.
