Intimate Image Removal

Email support@viamour.app with the subject line “Intimate Image Removal Request.” You may type your full legal name as an electronic signature. An authorized representative should also identify the person represented and explain the authority to act for them. Do not send the intimate image itself unless our safety team specifically requests it through a secure method. If the image involves a minor, do not download, save, forward, or screenshot it.

Include all information reasonably available to help us locate the image, such as the relevant member name, profile, conversation, Experience, approximate date and time, message sender or recipient, and a link or screenshot that does not reproduce the intimate image. Also include an email address or phone number where we can contact you about the request.

State in good faith that the image is an intimate visual depiction of you—or of the person you are authorized to represent—and that it was shared without consent, including that you did not consent to its publication on Viamour. If it is a digital forgery, say that it realistically appears to depict you even though it was created or altered. Also state that the information in the request is accurate to the best of your knowledge.

We will acknowledge the request using the contact information you provide and may ask only for information reasonably needed to locate the content, verify the request, or prevent fraud. After receiving a valid request, we will remove the identified image as soon as possible and no later than 48 hours, notify you of our action, and make reasonable efforts to identify and remove known identical copies on Viamour. We may preserve limited evidence when legally permitted and reasonably necessary for safety, law enforcement, or legal compliance, with access restricted.

You can also report content or block a member in the Viamour app. If you are in immediate danger, contact local emergency services. If the image was taken when you were under 18, the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children offers the Take It Down service at takeitdown.ncmec.org. Reporting to Viamour does not prevent you from contacting law enforcement or using any other legal remedy.

We use request information to evaluate and respond to the report, protect people, prevent misuse, comply with law, and maintain appropriate records. We limit access to personnel and providers who need it for those purposes. Knowingly false, fraudulent, or abusive requests are prohibited, but an honest mistake will not by itself result in a penalty.
